The pace is too inflated in our modern society. Too many people rushing around with too many tasks. We are too stressed and our bodies can not sustain it in the long run. It is certainly also because, many of us live a too busy lives where we do not have proper feeling for what is good for the body, and what is not good for the body.Therefore it is extremely important that you get pure relaxation in between. Give yourself time to wellness. Treat yourself good. Slow down. Be present and enjoy the moment. Feel yourself 100%. Do something you think is beautiful and relaxing and do it more often.
