Keep on walking

We all walk more or less every day. But you should not underestimate the good effects of walking. Walking is very good for your health. Get out in the fresh air (even in the big cities) and go for a good walk in a beautifull area. Or you can just go for a powerwalk. Walking does not stress your body like running and in walking you burn more fatcalories. You can also change the pace in your walking and you can make some different exercises on your way. Yes it´s cold out the, but you are smoking HOT ;o)
