This one I will call “the running push up“. Your starting position is like a push-up, but before you make a push-up or more, you place your one leg like me in the picture, and then you make a little jump on your front leg and move it all the way back to where the other leg was. The rear leg moves forward at the same time as the front leg moves back. It is a challenging exercise, so try to make six “runnings”. Count each time e.g. your right leg moves position. Make one, two or more push ups after the “running” and then make some “running” again etc.
This exercise is a “multi-functional exercise”. It strengthens your shoulders, triceps, neck, core, buttock, back thigh and hip flexor.
