This is a good stretching exercise. I will call “relaxing side swing“.

Just lay on your back. Pull you bented legs as far up to your face as you can. Then slowly turn to one of the sides and let your legs rest on the floor for a moment. Then back to your starting position and do the same to the other side. Do this at least 2 times in each side.
