Strong body 22

This balance exercise I call “the crab”. It trains your shoulders, triceps, hip flexor, hamstrings, abs and back. So it is really an effective exercise.

In my case, I really would like to get my ass and stomack a little higher up, but 90 kg is a bit to lift. I am working on that ;o)
