It´s no secret that I like push ups in every way. This one is a different kind of push up where you challenge your cardiovascular system. I will call it “The climbing push up”. Hold your arms stretched and have your left leg in fron up under your left chest. Then jump and force your left leg behind and your right leg up under your right chest. That´s one time. Repeat this 5 times and make 5 ordinary push up and then again jump 5 times and 5 ordinary push ups etc.
