I have done many kinds of sports. Eg I have done Taekwondo, Kickboxing and meditation. The last two years I have done Yoga and that has changed my life. Therefore I wish Yoga for you.

There are many yoga positions. Below I will show you a great one, that most people can learn. It is the Surya Namaskar.
