Power food in the morning

What about vegestables and fish in the morning? To much or are you willing to try it. I guarantee that you will be a more powerful you.

Well I have to admit, that I am very fresh in the morning and that helps off course, when you have to do that early cooking.

This morning I put a smoked salmon on rye bread. Made some scrambled eggs and fryed cauliflower, garlic, red onion and white cabbage. Use the spices you like.
