Well let´s be honest. We do eat less healthy in december and christmas time. But we can still exercise all kinds of places also in the kitchen doing christmas cookies. Just look at this guy below.
Actually you can do it all the time in the kitchen. E.g. when you peel the potatoes, you can train the calf muscle by lifting yourself up on the front of your foot.
Remember you can exercise in many different kinds of ways. E.g. also when you are cleaning the house. Why don´t add some push-ups and sit-ups when you already are in action?
