Already so many years ago WHO knew through many independent research results, what was best for humans to eat and not to eact.

The report shows:

5.2 – Recommendations for preventing excess weight gains and obesity

5.3 – Recommendations for preventing diabetes

5.4 – Recommendations for preventing cardiovascular diseases

5.5 – Recommendations for preventing cancer

5.6 – Recommendations for preventing dental diseases

5.7 – Recommendations for preventing osteoporosis

This is heavy stoff already publiced almost 30 years ago. Why hasn´t the report had a bigger effect on the worlds population. I can tell you that for sure. It is because of three huge industries that controls the marked, the politicians, many researchers (by fonding them) and YOU. It is the meat, milk and sugar industry. They all control your eating life. I am sad to say it, but it is true. They do everything they can to bring confusion into what is good for us and what is not. Not one of the researchers fonded/supported by these three industries come to a result that goes against them. That is very odd don´t you think? But many of the independent research results concludes that meat, milk and sugar in general is not good for us. So even the WHO coulndn´t and still can´t get through with the message to you. What a fucked up world this is…..Do you agree?

If you want to read more about, this book is just fantastic. This book is a danish one. The two authers are danish. I don´t know if it is written in english. It is a very inspiring book with the strong evidens that you need to be convinced to live healthier life.

This is becoming my religion…..but I know I will stay balanced and reasonable about this even though I see it clearer and clearer…and I know it is the right thing for my body, soul, my children, The Earth, the animals and for everybody.
