Super Power Drink

There are many different kinds of superfoods. Superfoods are off course good, but if you really want to, and I assume you do, there is a good golden rule. Eat nonprocessed food, then you are a long step on the way to live healthy. The most healthy things you can eat are the things that you can go outside an collect in the nature. Well we are talking about edible things ;o).

At this time a year I daily eat blackberries, raspberries, different currants, basil, rosemary, apples, pears, cherries, elderberries, aronia, strawberries, bananas, broccoli, tomatoes, lemon thyme, sage, gooseberries, carrots and rucola. All this is from my own garden except the bananas, broccoli and apples this year.

If I do not have what I eat in my garden, I buy it as local as I can get it in the supermarket. Mostly food from Denmark, sometimes Germany and Holland. So I am a little in pain about the bananas…

Each morning I have developed my Super Power Drink and besides the placebo effect I really think that this one is giving me wings.

Squeeze a organic lemon and pour a half decilitre beetroot juice into it.

Then it is time for the boiling water. Then ad a teaspoon of turmeric powder, organic rose hip powder, Amalaki (indian gooseberries powder), honey, ginger, cardamom and macha tea powder.

There you have it. That is my Super Power Drink almost each morning.
